About my practice
Although I am qualified in general medicine, my practice has been exclusively dedicated to functional and integrative medicine for more than ten years.
My practice is mainly intended for people suffering from chronic or complex conditions and aims to identify the root causes of health imbalances, rather than focusing solely on symptom management. Consultations take a comprehensive approach to various aspects of health, including nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, physical activity, environment, nutritional deficiencies, digestive health, hormonal balance, and inflammatory mechanisms.
This approach requires significant time for listening, analysis, and guidance. Initial consultations generally last between one hour and one and a half hours, allowing for a thorough assessment of your situation and the development of a personalised care plan.
Given the nature of this practice, it is strongly recommended that each patient keep a regular general practitioner for routine medical follow-up, emergencies, certificates, usual prescriptions, vaccinations, and acute medical issues. My practice does not allow me to provide the availability and continuity of care expected within conventional general practice.
Functional and integrative medicine is designed as a complementary approach, working in collaboration with your general practitioner and the other healthcare professionals supporting you.
